Bella’s Market brings you everyday essentials alongside expertly curated homegrown favorites that balance quality and value. More than just a store, Bella’s offers a from-scratch bakery, neighborhood pharmacy, fresh butcher block, and Flower Bar Co. shop, where grocery shopping becomes an experience. Locally owned and operated, we’re creating a place with all the right ingredients—good food, familiar faces, and a space designed to inspire your next great recipe.
Wellness Center
A 28,000 square foot Wellness Center anchored by three resort-style pools, a modern bathhouse, restaurant, and co-working — all designed to elevate everyday wellness for our residents and guests.
Utah City Athletics
Where fitness is more than a routine—Utah City Athletics is a community. From pickleball and padel to hoops and outdoor sweat sessions, every game and workout brings together the movers, shakers, and game-changers.
The Village in Utah City
At the center of the Greenline Promenade, The Village will offer a unique shopping experience, featuring ten thoughtfully selected micro-concept stores surrounding a signature restaurant that offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Opening summer 2026.

The Greenline Promenade
A twelve-acre ribbon of green, The Greenline is Utah City’s central spine—linking the Vineyard FrontRunner to the lake, and people to place. Opening in Summer 2025, Phase One welcomes foundational public spaces with event lawns, year-round programming, as well as new additions in 2026 including an all-abilities play area.
All Abilities Play Area
We believe good design is essential to bringing joy to day-to-day life. In addition to an iconic lunia balloon, our active play space offers an environment where families can gather, children of all abilities can explore, and the design of Utah City comes to life through outdoor play and movement.
