To help bring this bold vision to life, we’re hiring a Content Manager to lead day-to-day content strategy and execution across all Utah City digital platforms. You’ll be a key member of our marketing team, helping shape the narrative of one of the most ambitious master-planned communities in the country. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and agencies to ensure that every story we tell reflects our values, inspires our audiences, and strengthens the Utah City brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a strategic content plan that supports marketing initiatives, builds brand awareness, and drives engagement across platforms.
• Manage Utah City’s owned channels—including website content, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to bring stories and campaigns to life—ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to optimize future strategies.
• Spot and shape cultural moments that lead, not follows.
• Partner with the creative and development teams to ensure all written, photo, and video assets support our storytelling goals.
• Help maintain and enforce content guidelines, tone of voice, and visual storytelling consistency across channels.
• Manage project timelines, approvals, and content calendars to ensure a smooth workflow from concept to publication.
• Support broader marketing efforts including event coverage, leasing initiatives, PR coordination, and community announcements.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of content marketing, brand storytelling, or digital media experience (real estate, lifestyle, or place-based brand experience is a plus).
• Proven experience managing multiple channels and creating integrated content campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills across platforms (with the ability to capture compelling photo and video content)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with experience managing editorial calendars and production workflows.
• Familiarity with Utah County/Salt Lake market and a passion for placemaking, urban development, and community building preferred.
• Collaborative, self-starter mentality with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Experience using analytics tools and translating insights into content improvements.
