Our Vision
Purpose, Connection, Possibility
Overview
Utah City is crafted with care, conviction, and a vision of what’s possible. For us it’s personal —we honor the best of our namesake in a sustainably built, thoughtful experience that brings the best of nature and community together.
Pushing Utah Forward
Our Commitment
Home To The Largest University In The State
Utah City is home to Utah Valley University extension campus, an integrated university and community college offering over 250 degree options.
District Energy
An enduring, affordable energy system is central to Utah City’s design. Utah needs more energy—and we’re building smarter. Our district energy network will use geothermal technology and recycled waste heat to efficiently power our residential buildings and businesses, creating a cost-effective system that helps keep Utah beautiful for generations.
On The Shores Of The Largest Freshwater Lake In Utah
Located on the shores of Utah Lake, residents will have direct access to scenic views and Utah Lake State Park.
LEED Platinum Certified
We're committed to developments that look great and perform better. Utah City will provide spaces that are healthy, efficient and sustainable. We're aiming to have the entire community LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Living in Utah City
“The way we used to design cities in America is actually the way some of us are doing it again now, but we had to rediscover that. Essentially, they're made up of full neighborhoods. If you don't have neighborhoods, you don't have a proper city.”
-Jeff Speck
We believe quality of life is not just a benefit, it’s a responsibility.
development
The comforting feeling of home shouldn’t stop at the end of your driveway. We build communities that are not just a network of streets and houses, but locations known for unmatched convenience, premium amenities, and accessible natural spaces. See why our communities make waves — for all the right reasons.
