Group that helped build massive development in Manhattan wants to do something ‘unique’ in Utah City
Utah City is taking another major step forward with plans for Broad Street, a 250,000-square-foot downtown retail and entertainment district designed to become a central gathering place within the community. New York-based Odyssey Retail Advisors, whose experience includes projects such as Hudson Yards in New York City and the Bellagio in Las Vegas, has been selected to lead Broad Street’s leasing and retail strategy.
