Pizza Cook:

A Fini Pizza Cook brings energy, skill, and passion to every pie. You have a natural love for food, work efficiently under pressure, problem-solve in real time, and contribute positively to a tight-knit kitchen team. You are essential to delivering the exceptional food experience that keeps our guests coming back!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas to company specifications, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, dough mixers, slicers, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation up to DOH standards.
• Execute opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Assist in training new cooks and kitchen staff.
• Managing necessary prep work, pizza cooking times, and simultaneous orders
• Completing food temperature checks before service
• Preparing ingredients, pizza dough, making sauce, etc.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Nights and weekends availability required.

Shift Leader:

A Fini Shift Leader must consistently display a natural warmth and hospitable demeanor. They also need to be able to perform the required tasks under pressure, problem-solve on the-fly, and thrive within a collaborative work environment. As an experienced team member, the Shift leader’s priority is to uphold our standards. Shift leaders have also proved themselves to be capable of leading their peers while management is off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate in fast past, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards and flow of service.
• Lead opening and closing procedures
• Manage guest communications (in-person, phone, email) ensuring a smooth, friendly and positive experience for all guests and vendors
• Communicate regularly with and provide team feedback to management.
• Assist and oversee all shop roles, stepping in when necessary.
• Uphold food quality and standards in line with DOH compliance
• Light administrative work which may include, shift recaps, tip counting, inventory, etc
• Help maintain team morale and communicate any issues to management and HR
• Lead and inspire team members by example

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Open availability (nights and weekends/holidays included)

Preferred Additional Qualification:

• Bilingual
• Food Handlers Certification

Cashier: 

A Fini Counter Server has a natural warmth and hospitable demeanor, is able to perform the required tasks with grace under pressure, problem solve on-the-fly, and thrive within a collaborative work environment. As the ambassador to the restaurant, the Cashier is the first and last person our guests will interact with and therefore has one of the most important roles in the restaurant!

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest-facing (taking orders, providing excellent customer service, serving food to guests, etc.)
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Operate POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Perform opening and closing sidework tasks assigned by managers and or Shift Leaders
• Respond to guest texts/phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate guest feedback to shift leaders and management
• Uphold FINI values and community standards

Physical Requirements:

• Duration of the shift is spent on your feet.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Nights and Weekends required
• Strong communication skills
